 Hotel Description:

Each of the Mont Clare Hotel's 80 rooms is elegantly furnished and equipped with all the amenities modern voyagers have come to expect, whether traveling for business or for pleasure. Friendly and efficient, the Mont Clare Hotel staff is always on hand to make your stay comfortable and worry-free. Perched on the north end of Merrion Square, a former haunt of such luminaries as Oscar Wilde and W.B. Yeats and a boiling point of violent clashes during Ireland's Bloody Sunday riots of 1972, the Mont Clare Hotel offers guests a chance to steep themselves in Dublin local culture and history. A fully equipped business center is available for your conference and banquet needs, and active guests can have a workout at the gyms of the Mont Clare's partner hotels, The Davenport and The Alexander, just across the road. The hotel restaurant, Goldsmiths, offers modern European cuisine with an Irish twist, in a handsome setting with large bay windows overlooking the street. The Mont Clare is as charming as it is convenient - Housed in a classic Georgian building, it's common areas furnished in a period style with dark wood and polished brass, this hotel is sure to please the most discriminating traveler with its excellent facilities and its native Irish hospitality. Nightly and hourly charges apply. The bar, a traditional Irish pub, is the perfect setting for friends and business colleagues to socialize over a pint of Guinness. Guests can park their cars in the nearby public car park by the Royal College of Surgeons. The Mont Clare Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Dublin's scenic southeastern side.
