The hotel is located four miles south of Dublin city center and stands in formal gardens surrounded by woodlands, overlooking Dublin Bay. The popular hotel bar is set in a Victorian conservatory overlooking the gardens and offers light meals and snacks, and afternoon tea is served in the Ballroom Lounge. The 25 suites feature separate bedroom areas and balconies with views of the hotel gardens. Guests can enjoy a range of dining options in the elegant Le Panto restaurant and the authentic Italian restaurant Talavera. Directions
From Dublin airport, exit on the M1 Junction with M1/R132. At roundabout take 2nd exit (signposted Dublin) to join the M1. Continue along M1, past M50, until the motorway ends and turns into the N1. Continue along the N1 to the edge of Drumcondra then at the R131 Junction, turn left into Clonliffe Road, signposted East Link, Toll Bridge. Continue to the Tolka Quay Road Road junction and the turn right, continuing past the junction for P&O Ferries (Terminal 3). At The Point Depot (on right) go straight over roundabout (signposted Dun Laoghaire (N11), past the East-Link Toll Bridge/North Wall Quay junction, signposted Ferry, South City, and cross River Liffey. Once at the East-Link Toll Bridge Tollbooths (Car 1.30 Euros) continue for 0.5 miles then take 3rd exit at the roundabout, onto the R111. At Irishtown turn right then at traffic signals turn left into Londonbridge Road (signposted South Ring Road), continuing straight on, until the road becomes Haddington Road. Cross over junction with R118 and continue over traffic signals to Mespil Road. The N11 junction is shortly after. Turn left to join the N11 (one-way) and continue for approximately 3 miles to the hotel.
